India is the birth place of many Sadhus (Saints) and Gurus (Spiritual teachers), who have enlightened millions of devotees and imparted knowledge to seekers from all over the world. Just like the light dispels the fear of darkness, this knowledge removes doubts, worries and fears from the minds of the people and spreads the message of love and peace.
The Ashram, an abode of Goddess Sri Rajarajeshwari Devi and the dwelling place of our divine Vasamma, is fittingly called as Manidweepa Mahasansthan (the celestial paradise where the Supreme Goddess “Jaganmatha” resides). Ashram is located near Naidupeta town in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh, in Southern part of India. One can reach the Ashram by train or by road.
A typical day in the ashram starts at around 4AM with the main temple doors opened for the cleaning and abhishekam of Godess Rajarajeshwari Devi and Lord Shiva, followed by the Gomatha, Panchamukha Hanuman pooja. It is followed by aarti, breakfast and satsang with visitors coming to Ashram. Evening activites include Aarti, Satsang, Bhajans and discourses from Amma.
Even though Amma is Omnipresent and Omniscient, as mere mortals we seek to receive Her Grace and experience Her divine presence all the time. Please check this space to get the latest information on Amma’s travel plans, Her availability at the Ashram in Naidupet and details about important events and celebrations in India, USA, Singapore and other South East Asian countries.
